The past 13 years I worked for Pamoja Child Foundation. I enjoy working with children and the community in general. Working with community groups is a great experience because I enjoy working with people with different experiences, expectations and possibilities. What matters most is that transforming a community is a gradual process that takes time, patience, and tolerance and flexibility. My experience in schools has been great. Children are honest, lively, active and always willing to learn and implement what they have learned. The teachers and parents are also cooperative, which makes my work in schools easier and more fun. Children are effective agents of change and empowering them is a sustainable way to make the world a better place.
